CM - What are your gym pet peeves?

CTB - My gym pet peeves are when people are heavy lifting and when they are done, they slam the weights back down to where they break the machines.. Or when they don't clean or wipe their sweat up

 

CM - What do you do for cardio?

CTB - . For cardio, i jump rope and hike.. If i do too much, i loose a lot of weight with my eyes closed.. so i try to only do cardio for stamina and endurance

 

CM - What's blasting in your ears when you're getting a great workout in?

CTB - Pandora is blasting in my ears on the weeknd station

 

CM - What does your diet consist of?

CTB - . I don't have a diet. Don't get me wrong I need a diet and to eat more nutritious. But i basically eat whatever I want

 

CM - What is a fitness MUST that you live by and apply to each worjout?

CTB - Everyday i do 100 push ups and 50 pull ups

 

CM - When you are not training, what do you do to let loose and have fun?

CTB - i'm an exotic entertainer as well, so I get booked to travel and perform in different states

 

CM - What do you look for in a woman?

CTB - What I look for in a woman is honesty, communication and consistency
