Carter The Body - Fitness Feature Exclusive

We were searching high and low for the three hottest trainers in the nation. Now, When my boss, Philly,  tossed a file to me with the name CARTER THE BODY as the title and a picture with:  The perfect smile, abs, and biceps I have ever seen! I was turned on, intrigued, and excited all at the same time! And then my boss comes back and says, "Oh yeah, She's a female." My mouth dropped and I was MORE eager to dig into this project. Ladies, we give you the first female eye candy of CAPTIVATE MAGAZINE! CM - First let me say how incredible your body looks! OMG! Second, what is YOUR favorite part of your body?

CTB - Thank you! I really appreciate that. My favorite part are my arms because they keep me motivated.

 

CM - What part of your body do you get complimented on the most?

CTB - The body part i mostly get complimented on are my abs. They aren't you your average female abs (Laughs)

 

CM - What does a heavy and/or light workout consist of for Carter The Body?

CTB - My heavy work out consist of, super setting for 2 hours, which consists of working out one muscle and going straight to another without any rest...  A light work out for me would be me super setting for a half hour, just to get a quick pump in

 

CM - What inspired you to take fitness seriously?

CTB - Me seeing myself progress was my inspiration. I was very skinny at a point in my life and it's very hard to gain weight.. My metabolism is crazy
